This work of thesis is based on the research program Optimum of Aviation Customer Process backed up by the Engineering of Aviation Transfer Convenience, which is financial supported by National Aviation Fund. The research consists mainly of two parts: 1) Boarding process(arrival and departure process), 2) Luggage transfer and claiming process. The paper introduces firstly the current situation of domestic and international aviation transfer market and presents the significances and necessity of performing researches in Convenience Engineering Project in our country. Secondly, problems existed in passenger check-in and security-check procedures are analyzed in the paper. By using the queue theory, researches on optimizing these two queuing system are performed based on the actual duty data gathered from Lu-kou airport and suggestions of some optimum models are given consequently. The luggage processing system's functions and its subsystem are described then and some disadvantages are also pointed out, to eliminate the disadvantages a sequence number naming method in luggage arrival process is put forward. In addition the paper designs three models for boarding optimum scheduling, in which network graph algorithm and grid algorithm are derived. The two algorithms are programmed into the boarding schedule applications at Lu-Kou airport and some computation results in this practical application are provided. Finally the author makes conclusions and prospects on the processes in future waiting building and gives some reasonable suggestions.
