After joining WTO, we have broken the old environment around economy and finance, which is close oppositely .And this leads to the unavoidable influence by the international large environment.These are sure to have an unanticipated impact on the effect of our monetary currency policy,and be sure to bring difficulties to our central bank to carry out the Monetary Policy.We should make the policy more studiable and scientifical when we study the history and development of it.
