The Contrast And Study Between "the Law For The Cutural Property's Protection In Japan" And Some Relative Laws In China

The protection of history environments is a complicated work, which involves many issues such as the frame of society, the level of technology, the ethic, etc. Among which, legality building is the determinant which decides whether the protection of history environments would succeed or not. This thesis has contrasted "the law for cultural property's protection in Japan" and "the law for cultural relics' protection in P.R China" and other laws relative to this target problem in the aspects such as the protection contents, protection systems, protection capital and the regulations' operability, analyzed the features and reasonable factors of "the law for cultural property's protection in Japan", benefited from its positiveness, and made some suggestions for the legislation of history environments' protection in China.This thesis has listed the contrast between two aspects. The first hand is the contrast in vertical. Through the analysis of the different stages of the law for cultural property's protection in Japan, this thesis pointed out the proceeding of the target law developed and its development trend. The other hand is the contrast in horizontal. It has contrasted "the law for cultural property's protection in Japan" with some relative laws in our country, and tell the readers the same and differece in formulation of the law on history environments protection between China and Japan.
