The Research On The Prospective Psychology Of Obtaining Employment To The Young People In Macau

The matter of obtaining employment is a heated discussion which related to the pressing living in this developing society. Thus there are many investigations about the obtaining employment in every region and study institution. This research investigated 517 young people in Macau on the purpose of analyzing the prospective psychology of obtaining employment of young people in Macau, and to know whether there is a consistency among the trend of obtaining employment, prospective psychology and the government policy. The research includes two parts: the social knowing opinion of the young people in Macau, the personal knowing opinion of the young people in Macau. The results are demonstrated as following:1. The young people are very satisfied with the economic situation for the time being in Macau, but worry about it in future.2. The young people support the policy of the gambling and traveling as playing a main economic role, and to open gambling exclusivity.3. They are satisfied with the government policy, but not satisfied some labor policies such as helping obtaining employment and introducing exterior worker.4. To investigate and obtain employment in China becomes a new trend to the young people in Macau.
