On Non-policelization Of The Social Security Administration In Our Country

The social security administration in the public security organ of our country is a special kind of administration maganism. It has presented with many defects and can not adapt to the social development under the socialism market economy, so revolution is needed. Police which is related to the crime in nature has not the function of administration. The current social security administration includes both criminal justice and administration , in fact it is justicized administration and administratized justice. To overcome the disadvantage of the current social security administration practically and theoriticaly , the concept of "social security administration" should be called off. The criminal justice and administration in the current social security administration should be devided. And the criminal justice in it should not carried out by the administration organ with administrative methods and should be handled to the special police organ. The proceeding of administration should not be in charged by the police organ, and should realize the non-policelization and be carried out by other department of administration or realize the socialized management.
