Police justice refers to being fair, reasonable and impartial in executing the law by the police. It is characterized by a strong sense of politics, compulsion, legal responsibility and moral obligation. However, because of the inefficiency of the present police administrative system, management, laws and regulations, as well as the influence of individual factors in the police force, there is still a widespread of unfair enforcement of law. To solve the problem, an overall qualification including morality in the police force should be improved, so as to enhance both the system principle construction and the legal principle construction of the police justices. |
