With the development of economy and urbanization in china, people need more Property Management of residence. But the history of Property Management in China is just only 20 years, it is not mature now. With China's entry into WTO, Chinese property management corporations will be faced with not only opportunities but also challenges. So how to improve property management becomes a very important issue.The Customer Satisfaction Index(SCI) model has played an important role through its application in the world. This thesis discusses that the inbeing of Property Management is service. In the thesis, the theory of Customer Satisfaction (CS.) is used in Property Management, and the system of evaluating the degree of CS (SWDCS.) has been set up, which includes a system of indexes, the method of investigating and of the statistic of data.At last, the article gives an example based on the analysis of two residence in Shenzhen. We get the whole and the indexes' degrees of the Customer Satisfaction, and also we find out the key factors that affect the Satisfaction. |
