Study Of The Financing Of The Small And Medium Sized Enterprises

Since reforming and up-opening the Small and Medium sized Enterprises in our country have achieved rapid development and now become an important part in our national economy, performing significant role. However, the financing difficulties have turned out to be the main obstacles to the development for the kind of enterprises, severely restricting the Small and Medium sized Enterprises' "second venture". Therefore, it is very necessary to study how to deal with the financing difficulties of these enterprises in order to facilitate and promote their further development.At first this dissertation studies the development and the present financing situation of the Small and Medium sized Enterprises in our country, analyzing the reasons of these enterprises' financing difficulties existing in the policy, direct and indirect financing. By researching the policies and measures taken by the developed countries such as German, Britain, Japan, South Korea, and America for solving their Small and Medium sized Enterprises' financing problems, this dissertation outlines the general measures taken by these countries, which can provide beneficial references to the further development and completion of the Small and Medium sized Enterprises' financing supporting system in our country. Combining with the relative organizations dealing with these enterprises at present, at last this dissertation puts forward with some conceptions and countermeasures for the Small and Medium sized Enterprises' financing supporting system from four aspects as financing supplying system, financing safeguarding system, financing supplementary supporting system, financing administering and guiding system.
