Modern human capital theories hold that human capital and human capital investment have a direct relationship of results and causes with income levels. Petty-Clark theorem indicates the non-ruralization fluctuant laws of employment structure of labor forces during the course of economic development. This thesis further explains the cyclic theory on the sequence of human capital accumulation to fluctuation and to incomes. It also gives a demonstrative analysis on the influence imposed on the structure of employment and incomes from human capital accumulation of China' s rural labor forces, and draws a conclusion that human capital accumulation has a positive effect on the non-ruralization of the structure of employment and incomes. In addition, this thesis discusses theoretically and demonstratively the problem on the improvement of employment structure of rural labor forces and the income structure of rural families.Apart from a preface and an epilog, this thesis comprises four chapters.The preface briefly explains the reasons and the angle of research of this thesis.Chapter One gives a brief introduction of the concerned theoretical background and latest research situation, and defines some fundamentalconcepts as well as putting forward its subject and assumption.Chapter Two describes allocation mechanism of human capital market and the theory of structure effect of allocation of human capital as an industry.Chapter Three, through analyzing the present situation and its fluctuation of China' s rural labor forces' accumulation, proves the assumption that human capital accumulation has a positive influence on the non-ruralization of the structure both of employment and of incomes.Chapter Four discusses the research discovery of this thesis and the meanings of some policies, and further analyzes the obstacles in the accumulation and allocation of rural human capital with putting forth some suggestions as countermeasures.The epilog gives a summary of the whole thesis.
