Research On Foundation Of Property Allotment Of Constitution

Abstract: In the first part, this paper defines constitutionalism, and thinks that the constitutionalism is composed by democracy and republicanism. The constitutional government country is a republic first, then because of the establishment of democracy, and is a constitutional government country.In the second part, this paper analyzes the relation of constitutionalism and economy. Analyzed the function of the economy, including economy system and the level of development of economy productivity, to the establishment of constitutionalism firstly. Thinks the planned economy system and the constitutional government to basically stand opposite of, the constitutional government can be established only on foundation of the market economy system. Author rejects to general standpoint that constitutionalism promotes the development of economy, and thinks the political diversification before market economy system has been established usually causes the abruption and confusion of society, stagnation, even fallback of economy.In the third part, this paper analyzes the property allotment condition that the constitutional government is founded. Firstly, in general meanings, analyzes the society foundation that stabilizes the society(certainly it is also the foundation ofstabilization of the constitutional government)-everyone is able to make a living .So, now, every country, in the city, has established the system of society assurance, developing countries in the village have assigned the land. Then analyzes the property allotment condition of the United States republican system to be established. Finallyanalyzes the property allotment condition that the democracy is to be established. The analysis depends on the standpoint that democracy is to be established because, the middle class is corpus in the society ". Therefore this paper analyzes that the process of accumulation of the world wealth to constitutional government nation, and also analyzes the function of the accumulation of wealth of the world to these nation to the formation of society in which the middle class is corpus.Finally, points out that economic heads of minority nation control of economic empress of their countries, then control of the world economy results constitutional governments. Therefore, the republication can be established in every country, but constitutionalism is not.
