The Application And Research Of E-government Based On Web Services

With the information-based advancing steps of our country and the rapid development of internet technology,e-government extremely urgent to increase to the work schedule.This article,just according to the current situations and development trends of e-government construction of our country,proposes setting up the e-government systematic distributed model based on Web Services ,in order to overcoming the deficiency in the construction of e-government and improve government's working efficiency,lower costs and promoting the processes of econmomy and social information-based in e-government built.The safety of government information in e-government is important to the saftety of state.The character of work in government determines a major of the information involed is secret.Therefore it is very necessory to design the system of network security for the safety of e-government.This paper introduces and compares the merits and demerits of some key techniques including network firewall technique,data encryption technique and identity certification system adopted for the network security in implement of e-governmental affairs and bring forward a multi-tier network security system.E-government information network is a multi-tier and integrative network adopting manifold technique and application.The only way to real communion is adopting distributed compute model.This paper introduce some models including CORBA standard constituted by OMG,DCOM model published by MICROSOFT ,JAVA language and popular Web Services frame class.On the side,the paper introduces XML and cegXML connected with e-government.
