The Design Of The Mobile E-Goverment System Based On Cloud Computing

E-government is the way that government department use information technology tool to organize the public management,in order to improve the government efficiency,enhance the transparency of government work and improve the quality of public policy so as to achieve the purpose of building a good relationship between government and society.Under the current circumstances,as the lack of the safety of the overall planning,e-government constructed is short of effective guarantee in all aspects of network transmission security and data storage security in the construction of many e-government application systems,which will directly lead to the government's important data facing much safe hidden trouble.Our country e-government construction doing the planning of application system in different periods and different business units often has only partial development standards and is lack of macroscopic strategic thinking.This also led to split each other and collaborate difficultly between different government affair application systems from another level.Through the deep research and analysis of e-government system,this paper found that the e-government system of the current government departments is mainly developed with the individual as the unit,and each site related hardware facilities configured generally only satisfy a certain number of users to access to,when a large number of users access to the site at the same time,the system breakdown easier.And with the increasing range of business data,storage space is too tight.In view of the above problem,this paper will design a mobile e-government system based on cloud computing.Mobile e-government system based on cloud computing will achieve terminal,cloud application and cloud platform tertiary structure,using mobile B/S architecture,providing a display browser-based facing the terminal,using the agreement of HTTP interface and server to provide users with information browsing,business requesting and basic information management function,and the data of terminal being synchronized to the cloud platform.This paper uses Microsoft's Windows Azure cloud platform for development.Cloud applications development mainly adopts B/S mode,using the ASP.NET technology offered by Microsoft,and combining with j Query,AJAX and other technologies,developing all kinds of cloud applications thathave various functions.The web services and other services of Windows Azure are used in the process.The system tested basically achieved the function of the electronic government affairs,while it based on cloud computing realized the optimization of the allocation of resources and enhanced the effectiveness and practicability of the system.
