On The Utilization Of Research And Development Spillovers And The Adjusted Analysis On The Strategy Of Importing Of Our Courtry's High Technology

Our country's high technology has ahways depent on imitating and following through three principal channels,such is Foreign Direct Investmeng , technology on license and international trade.But that couldn't help our country constructure the system of high technology owned ourselves' Intellectual Property Right, and couldn't shorten the gap between our country and developed countries. Facing this disadvantage ,our country must consider other accessible and efficient way, and our country must adjust the strategy on importing of high technology.R&D spillovers from transnational corporation may give our country's opportunity on importing our country's high technology'system.Based on the theory of R&D spillovers, the spillovers of knowledge and talents is the most principal . The thesis makes emphases on the R&D spillovers and which the possibility of our country using. Whether or not R&D could produce spillovers or it's degree of spillovers,which depends on the host country's capacity.About the capacity ,this thesis makes emphases on not only the inventment of funds and talents ,but also the reforming on institution and policy,social inviroment, cultural atmosphere,government effect.
