Corruption: Causes And Astricting

In historical sense, there is corruption, as a kind of cultural phenomena, in social shapes variously. As a kind of corruption, the exchange of power and money is pervasive in every society phase. Corruption continues in social history, sometimes expands, and sometimes shrinks. There are many complicated causes of expanding or shrinking of corruption, in which personal factors and colony factors exist, and social factors and system factors exist. It is a very slow historical process to cleanup corruption root and branch. But at the same time, it is possible to control lowness of the corruption in the special periods of social history.To keep the corruption within limits in effect, is based on studies of root causes and on finding something of orderliness. We argued that human selfness, relationship of empower, concealment of property, and so on, bring the corruption briefly in human merchandise society.We nation is being reformed. Outside of those general causes of the corruption, there are some special causes that cause overspreading of the corruption, including the tuning of power structure, the alternation of social interest, the changing of belief, the absence of system healthiness, the bulge of economic demand, the unbalance of power structure. It must be through looking into its both root causes and symptoms to keep the corruption of the special period within limits. We argue that on the one hand namely as a whole, the first is to heighten citizen diathesis, the second is to build the healthiness of the rule of law, the third is to put the process of power in the open. On the other hand namely concerning the operation, the first is to build register system of property of every people, the second is to build single account system, the third is to astrict cash consumption, the fourth is to build economic amercement system of corruption. If these systems should be built as soon as possible, the corruption should be kept within limits effectively.
