The arrival of network time has not only changed people's idea, life style and working way, but also changed and influenced the marketing idea and operation mode of the bank. The development of network economy has offered the new service field and mode for the finance. China has already joined WTO, and the finance of China is opening progressively, the domestic bank will face a severe test. As one of four major state-run commercial banks, Agricultural Bank of China is in the domestic trouble and foreign invasion unavoidably. In the face of the fierce market competition day by day, the marketing idea of the Agricultural Bank of China is still very backward. Under network time, how to effectively develop the network financial service marketing and look for the new business opportunity to keep up with the trend of development of era has already become a reality and needing solving urgently problem for bank.The text regards the present situation of Hunan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the real background, set out from the current situation of the network financial marketing strategy development of Hunan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China and the competition situation of the domestic network finance of commercial bank. It analyzes that the Hunan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China carries on the necessity of financial service marketing of the network.
