Chinese financial industry will open gradually, which is result from China's entry to the WTO. It also means that Chinese domestic banks will face a series of rigorous tests. Facing the new financial situation, how can Chinese state owned commercial banks overcome and degrade their own restrict factors, such as the operating mechanism is not complete, the ample rate of capital is low, the principle of management is out of date, and the marketing strategy way falls behind, has become a extremely important subject.In this essay, the writer has put the emphasis on researching the marketing side of commercial banks and tried to put the common theories of marketing strategy, the special characteristic of bank products, and the present realistic condition of China Construction Bank Guangxi Subbranch's marketing strategy together. The writer has established a completed marketing system frame and set up a whole marketing strategy plan of China Construction Bank Guangxi Subbranch.As to the analyze methods, the writer has revealed the common problems that exist in the marketing strategy of Chinese state-owned commercial banks by introducing the stages and experiences of abroad commercial marketing development, comparing the deference of marketing manage developmentsbetween commercial banks in domestic and abroad. They has been put as important basis of making and carrying on the marketing strategy of China Construction Bank Guangxi Subbranch.It has a vast and realistic significance to research, establish and practice China Construction Bank Guangxi Subbranch's marketing strategy in many ways, such as facing the competition from domestic and abroad commercial banks, increasing competition ability, coming closer to the market, supporting a good relationship with the customers, setting up a powerful supporting point of realizing the whole target of the revolution and development, and promoting profit level etc. It also has some reference value from some parts of the assay while some other kind of commercial banks are establishing their own marketing strategy.
