The Study On State-owned Enterprises' Performance Evaluation System

At times of knowledgeable economy, one successful enterprise not only relies on the use of the traditional financial indexes but also more on paying attention to its non-traditional financial indexes. How to organically combine those two kinds of indexes together, construct scientific and standardized enterprises' performance evaluation system, evaluate enterprises objectively, fairly, and accurately, is a big challenge for entrepreneurs and theorists. The article, which starts from the evolutionary comparison for the performance evaluation of China and western countries, making as the start point the explanation of enterprises' performance theory, guided by systematic theory, aiding by analysis method of statistics, performance coefficient method, subject factors evaluation method and some other scientific methods, using as the reference the results of the research and study on enterprises' performance evaluation from China and foreign countries, based on profoundly analyzing the development history and status quo of the above mentioned system, from the angle of investors, considering many a factors of affecting the said system, trying to find the existing deficiency of the present system through the deep study on the problem of our enterprises' performance system, gropes and puts forward one set of state-owned evaluation system suitable for our present situations to promote the establishment and perfection of our enterprises' performance system as soon as possible.
