The performance evaluation of an enterprise refers to evaluating the operating outstanding achievement, effectiveness and other factors of an enterprise synthetically. Along with the reformation of economic system deepening increasingly in China, the essentiality of the performance evaluation of an enterprise has been more and more cognized. New theories and methods of the performance evaluation have been exploring both in theory and in enterprises.Not only has the study of the performance evaluation the importance of leaning value, but also must have practical value. First the thesis marked off the contents and ranges of research definitely from the definition of the branch companies performance evaluation. The thesis is summarized on the theories and methods of the performance evaluation inside and outside China systematically, the disadvantages of interrelated practical models had been pointed out. In analyzing the research of branch companies performance evaluation of Ningxia Yinqi Group, pointed out the disadvantages and inelasticity of "production value and output" branch companies performance evaluation system type, and also pointed out the solution was establishing the type of "financial and developing" system, which was fit for the stratagems and the organize changing of the Group. Based on this, the qualitative and quantitative evaluation system and methods on financial benefit, asset operating, sinking ability and developing ability have been built. The system closely centered on the stratagem of subsistence, development and accrual combining with the influences of the performance. The evaluation indexes reinforced each other in indexes choosing. A mode from single evaluation, synthesis evaluation to whole evaluation has been built. The evaluations of absolute value, relativity value and contrast evaluation had been used in qualitative evaluation methods. The quantitative synthesis evaluation method was built on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and other evaluation method. The model is fit for computer software calculating the data to improve the effectiveness of the evaluating work. Finally, in the case analyzing, the objective mode of branch companies performance evaluation has been built. The conclusions of the branch companies performance evaluation was obtained by the real data, proved that the evaluation performance system and methods of branch companies were validity and practicable, the evaluation problem of the enterprise has been solved.Being supported on Organize Behavior Study, Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Systems Engineering, Statistics and other theories, a set of performance evaluation of branch companies system was established. In the system, the evaluation performance was synthesis, the evaluation indexes reinforced each other, the evaluation methods were novel and practically,. The evaluation system was dynamic adaptability and can be operated easily.
