View On The Conflict And Adjustment Of Coverage Rights And Privacy

The correspondents' coverage right, public knowledge right and citizens' privacy have been a topical subject concerned by the press circles and legal field in the past years. At the present, the press circles are debating on how to realize the coverage and knowledge rights predicted on protecting the citizens' legal privacy, how to prevent newsreporters from their torts, and how to get to the balance point among the above three legal rights. From two visual angles of history and reality, the article studies the three rights as well as the conflict and balance among them, and discusses the necessity of news legislation and building effective conscious system.
