At present, the main securities markets of the world are international. After China joined WTO and introduced QFII, China's securities market has already begun the course of internationalization. The internationalization of the securities market brings many opportunities for China's development. But it also can bring huge risks. So it is a necessary work to research the risks of the internationalization of China's securities market and put forward many countermeasures.According to the reality of China, this thesis puts stress on researching the risks of the internationalization of China's securities market, and in the light of the probable risks, many countermeasures are puted forward for the risks in this thesis. In detail, these actual works have done in my thesis:1. According to the tendency of international finance development and the reality of China, this thesis not only researches the necessity and the feasibility of the internationalization, but also analyses the benefits of the internationalization.2. This thesis researches the risks of the internationalization and their manifestation. First, a comparision of the benefit and risks of China with other main countries in securities markets, and the direction of capital flow after the internationalization of China's securities market, reveal that the internationalization of China's securities market is faced with the risks, then, according to the internal cause and external cause of the risks emergence, further reveals the risks of the internationalization. Finally, this thesis analyses the manifestation of the risks.3. In the light of the risks,many countermeasures are puted forward for the risks.in this thesis...
