The Research Of The Problem And Method Of Assets Appraisal Of Mineral Properties Of Our Country

The problem and the method of assets appraisal of mineral properties for our country's coal resources were researched in this text. At first it was be systematically discussed for assets appraisal of mineral properties in theory and method and recommended the traditional Discounted Cash Flow﹑the Market Pricing Method﹑Resetting the Cost Method﹑the Geology Sequencing Method ,etc Because of the insufficient for the traditional method and the inflexibility and the shortcoming that the value of the mineral properties was often be underestimated for the Discounted Cash Flow which was often be adopted, this text put forward the real option method to improve it. This text also applied the Two Branches Model in the assets appraisal of mineral properties to remedy the shortcomings of Black-Scholes Model.At last ,this text took Xiaonan mining as instance to calculate the value with Discounted Cash Flow﹑Black-Scholes Model and Two Branches Model. After comparing the results they indicated that it was effective and feasible to apply the Two Branches Model for the assets appraisal of mineral properties.
