Along with the raise of people's level of living and heighten of health care consciousness, as the health food, garlic and by products is more and more favorable among the people all over the world. Garlic is the traditional agricultural products in China, and Chinese Garlic is the best in the world whatever in surface, size and price. As a garlic exporting middle private company, Shandong Zhongda Co., Ltd. is only 2 years old. In such a condition, what exporting marketing tactic should be adopted by the company to make itself developmental and strong step by step?Based on the great quantity of collected datum, this paper expatiates on signification about exporting marketing administration theory and its related concept. On the analysis of external environment, which include the industry present situation, competitor, consumer and so on, and internal environment, which include product, place, promotion, the problem that exists in the corporation is found out. Based on those problems, the correlation tactics, such as product tactics, place tactics, promote tactics and brand tactics are proposed. Those tactics is taking reference actions on further extending the market share and promoting the brand popularity. In the process of implementation, the tactics needs all departments and all members coordinates reciprocally and coordinate together, no matter whichever department, such as raw material supply, manufacture, technique, export, personnel and so on. So, in this paper, several significant respects in the exporting marketing segment, such as setting up export marketing organization, the construction and administration ofexport marketing team, tactics implement controlling system are designed respectively. The corporation should have long term and scientific export marketing concept, put high value on the tactics select and application in each segment during marketing process, then can reach the aim of expanding market possessing rate and enhancing the brand popularity.In this paper, the proposal is tactfully implement in a series of exporting marketing tactics along with correlation marketing that obtained by means of analyzing Shandong Zhongda Co., Ltd 's station, and giving the thinking to adjust corporation developing further, also be able to possess specified reference value to other colleague trade business.
