Along with the raise of people consumption level and heighten of health care consciousness, that the grape wine becomes trunk stream consumption strain shall be prevalent one by one. Wine industry is also stress backed by nation, because the development of wine industry is to be favorable to the people and nation, as a century business and dominant position in wine industry, Yantai CHANGYU group co., ltd, what method should be adopt to deal with the wine market which increase fastest in the grape wine consumption on this world?Based on the great quantity of collected datum, this paper expatiates on signification about marketing administration theory and its related concept. The consumption of grape wine is not prevalence, and needs to be further guided and promoted. How to guide and promote is referring to the appliance of the consumer behavior theories, this paper also expatiate to the consumer behavior theories. On the analysis of external environment, which include the industry present situation, competitor, consumer and raw material and so on, and internal environment, which include product, place, price, promotion, the problem that exist in the corporation is found out. Based on the corporation problems, the correlation tactics, such as product tactics, place tactics, promote tactics and brand tactics, are proposed. These tactics is taking the reference action on further extending the market share and promoting the brand popularity. In the process of implementation, the tactics needs every department should coordinates reciprocally and coordinates together, and no matter which of the departments, such as manufacture, technique, sale,marketing and transportation and so on, should come to consider on the whole corporation. In this paper, several significant respects in the marketing segment, such as market organization control, receivable administration, scurrying commodity administration, marketing troop management, are designed respectively. The corporation should regard correct marketing consciousness as the guide, put high value on the tactics select and application in each segment during marketing process, then can reach the aim of expanding market possessing rate and enhancing the brand popularity.In this paper, The proposal is tactfully implement in a series of marketing tactics along with correlation marketing that obtained by means of analyzing CHANGYU corporation' station, and giving the thinking to adjust corporation developing further, also be able to possess specified reference value to other colleague trade business.
