| This paper discusses the following four topics: 1. Is MES a mere economical term or a term with strong plutonomic meaning, and which part can be the leader in striving for our country's MES, entities, industry associations or government? 2. Is our economy system in whole a market economy? And why didn't USA and EU admit our country's MES? 3. What is the adverse effect of China Non-MES? 4. What feasible measures our government can take to pursue MES? The conclusion of this paper shows: 1. MES is a term with strong plutonomic meaning and Non-MES harms our country's international trade environment. 2. In present our economy system in whole is no more a planned economy, but a market economy. 3. The course of pursuing our State MES must be led by our government with its internal and external strategies. |
