This paper aims at two questions: first, whether are there culture differences between Chinese and foreign enterprises; second, how transnational corporations solve culture conflict after Mergers and Acquisitions in china?This paper proves: There are big culture differences in Culture Background, Government Management, Management Concept, Organization, Human Resource between Chinese and foreign enterprises. After Mergers and Acquisitions in china, transnational corporations should choose the proper culture integration mode after the investigation, and build up a new enterprise culture.
