Business performance of the listed company has become the important issue concerned byevery people. How to appraise and analyze the business performance of the listed companyscientifically and rationally has become an important issue of nowadays theory and practice. The thesis has researched the worldwide existing appraisal system, and has explored how toimprove the native business performance appraisal system of the listed company. Based on that,the thesis has fully absorbed the present appraisal system, combined with the present actualsituation of our country, used the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and has selecteda series of the business performance appraisal index system of the listed company. At the sametime, entropy has been quoted into the business performance appraisal system of the listedcompany. At last, apply the above appraisal system to appraise the business performance of thesample company.
