The Study On The Property Right's Mode Of The State Owned Commercial Bank

The state owned commercial banks are core of our country's finance system. Due to the basic system of the state owned commercial bank is founded in the planned economy, when the market economy reform boosted in China and China entered the WTO, present system of the state owned commercial bank became the obstacle of marketing management. Though our country start-up many reform plans in the state owned commercial banks, but the system of property right that is more important to the bank still maintains previous condition. This article takes institutional economics and contract economics as theory foundation, starts with the characteristic of the contract of the commercial bank. Using the remnant require right and the remnant control right in the incompletion contract of the commercial bank to analyses the collocation of remnant right. Pointing out the problems of the property right's system of our state owned commercial banks and suitable property right's system. The article draws a conclusion that establishing the private property system is the final mode of the property reform of state owned commercial bank.
