With the fierce competition and huge change in the market, more and more enterprises believe that only with good commodity and excellent quality can not construct the competitive advantage. Customers become more and more positive in the market, having been the most precious resource in the enterprises. How to develop customer relationship marketing effectively, construct and sustain the relationship with the customers is an important issue in the marketing. This thesis firstly described the background of the customer relationship and its application in our enterprises,. Then, the thesis analyzed the theory base, respectively described the essence of the customer relations and the related theory of the relationship marketing, which make the basement to the strategies. Finally the thesis analyzed the drivers of the customer relationship marketing, and suggested that the application of customer relationship marketing in our country have some variance both in the theories and practices,concluded strategies of customer relationship marketing, in order to instruct the enterprises practices more helpfully.
