The businesses of insurance company include debt business and capital business. The capital business, especially has became a significant element which influences the survival and development of the insurance companies. The status of capital business has influences not only on businesssolvency and continuance operation, but also on the development of financialmarket and innovation of financial product.The dissertation begins with the basic theories of insurance capital business and comes up with a index-system of our insurance companies capitalbusiness by quantitative and qualitative means. With the development financial market, the managing principles of insurance fund are diversifying but security and profitability is the eternal principle.Combining with the analysis of internal and external investment of insurance fund, the author made diagnosis for the investment of insurance fund and made strategic proposal, that is, we should pursue in the investment yield, and also take the security and fluidness into account. The dissertation includes five chapters, as following:In chapter one, the author expatiated on the background, meaning of capitalbusiness, meanwhile, the author summarized the relevant theories in this field and introduced the main content of the dissetation.In chapter two, the autor dissertated the origin, characteristic, managing principles and investment channel of capitalbusiness. Insurance fund includes internal capital and external capital, which has its own characteristic; The managing principles of insurance fund arediversifying with the development financial market; and it also has several kinds of investment channels. The author also dissertates three important investment theories:asset-loan supervising theory, portfolio theory, and investment risk supervising theory.The asset-loan supervising theory is the most important theory, which is the core of the investment theories. Moreover, portfolio theory and investment risk supervising theory are matched with the asset-loan supervising theory, and served as tools.In chapter three, the author came up with an index-system of evaluating the capitalbusiness. Above all, the principles of evaluating capitalbusiness were listed out, then, some quantitative and qualitative indexes were summarized, at last, basis the actual things about my country and other west morden coutries, a comprehensive referenced index of evaluating capitalbusiness was brought forward creatively.In chapter four, the author reviewed the history of capitalbusiness of out insurance companies, and then analyzed the characteristic of the capitalbusiness of the insurance companies in developed countries. The study stresses the ways of investment, the advanced investment system and supervising mode, and analysised the problems of capitalbusiness of our insurance companies at present, lastly the author gave some improving advice to the sample insurance company—China Life Insurance.Charpter five is the conclusion and suggestion part. By the analysis and compartion hereinbefore, the author brings forward four strategic proposals for China insurance fund invesment, which are as following: to open the channel of insurance fund investment, improve the system of insurance fund investment, develop relevant capital market and innovate the ways of insurance investment etc, and the channel of insurance investment is the key, such can also provide a sample for our insurance company to open the channel of insurance investment in the future.The innovation of the article as following:First, the author creatively comes up with a index-system of our insurance companies capitalbusiness by quantitative and qualitative means.Second, from the new angle, the author analyzes the enterprise— China Insruance, and give my advice to her insurance fund business.At last, I propose my views: to the phase ofour insurance business now, we should persue the profit firstly now, and at the same time, regard the safety and fluidness.
