Discussion On Credit Evaluation Of Forestry Enterprise

In real life, the asymmetrical phenomenon of information is very common. This paper expounds some basic issues in the fields such as asymmetry of information, credit system and E-commerce, and tries to explain why Chinese government has got so little returns while invested so much to the infrastructures of E-commerce application and other resources. The chaos in economical order and deficiencies in credit system are the mainly reasons that have slowed down the development of E-commerce.The credit of an enterprise directly affects its competitive capability in sales. Nowadays, with the decrease of cash trades, Credit trades have become more popular than usual in the market .The competitive capability of enterprises has been greatly strengthened by credit trades. But in China, Deficiencies in the credit system are so serious that the enterprises involved in credit trades have to face two problems: on one hand, they find it would be very difficult to deal with when they are involved with credit risk, on the other hand, they don't know how to improve their competitive capability by credit trades.We are now in the era of E-commerce application, it is very important to develop E-commerce among the forestry enterprises, because in our country, most forestry enterprises emphasize the sustainable development. Though faced so many difficulties in developing E-commerce, the forestry enterprises should still learn to setup the business modes that are applicable to E-commerce and learn to solve the problems of credit and securities along with E-commerce.Because E-commerce is not only based on the mature market economy, but also based on the total credit system, it is urgent to widen or supplement the traditional economical theory. Scientific credit management and a well built credit system with perfect evaluation and prevision is essential to insure the development of E-commerce .At last, a credit evaluating system is accomplished as assistant system of E-commerce.
