| Business ethics is to regard enterprise as the behavior subject, regard ethics idea of enterprises' management as the core, and the total ethics principle, by which enterprises staff relation, can be harmonious. The perfection of the theory and practice on business ethics can improve enterprise's efficiency and cause the standardization of the operation, as well as safeguarding rights of individuals involved in enterprise's relevant interests. Moreover the study of it is significant for the healthy and orderly development of the whole social economy.At present, our country is in economic transition period when society's structure is changed from the single form composed by interests subjects combined with economy, culture, politics to the polyhydric interests subject .So, social culture and values of ethics must change and the corresponding enterprise's ethics consciousness of our country under the influence of various kinds of factors has changed too, which economic behavior has changed from neglecting of benefits to only pursuing economic benefits that lead to loses of various kinds of enterprise ethics behavior. Therefore, this article realized that our country enterprise ethics consciousness still regards interests as centre and ignores even impair persons who are correlated with interests of enterprise through the investigation and analysis current situation of our country's enterprise's ethics and the social culture of our country .In view of the above, this article has given some suggestions of enterprise's ethics building on the basis of receiving traditional culture quintessence of our country, and offered a certain reference and help for present enterprise's ethics building of our country .This article is divided into four parts. In the first part, the article points out that in socialist market economy, business ethics construction is essential and the long-term development of the enterprises can not do without business ethics by differentiating relevant concept of theory and treatise of business ethics theory. The article emphasized the importance of business ethics construction from analyzing of necessity and feasibility of business ethics, and thinks it necessary and vital to set up good enterprise's management ethics for solving a great deal of immoral factors in economic life, promoting the society to progress wholly, perfecting socialist market economy, and facing WTO's challenges as well as promoting the social individual to grow up. And then the article details the meaning of business ethics and basic content. On this basis, the third part of article has been analyzed the question of current situation of business ethics of our country, and finds out external reason and inherent reason why the ethics lack in enterprise's ethics through the case study. Finally, in the fourth part the article expounds the system of business ethics structure, which embodies a very important realistic meaning for the development and building of business ethics of socialism with Chinese characteristics, for promoting of our country business ethics construction further, to ensure of healthy smooth development our country enterprise and respond challenges that WTO bringing to us. |
