Researching About The Information Disclosure's Systems Of Public Company

Along with the continuous development of China's stock market, its level of internationalization and standardization. is raising day by day. The system of information disclosure for the public company grows more integrated out of nothing in our country and it plays great roles in vindicating the market orders and safeguarding the investors' interest. Meanwhile we see that many problems exist when the public company disclose their information to the publication , for example ,disclose untrue , insufficiency and not prompt information , all of these have been affecting the healthy development of the stock market, injuring the large investors' interest. All of these have two key reasons: the first is because of the short history of our country stock market's development, there are so many problems in the disclosure system of the public company that the public companies have choices in the system to violate the rules; the second is norms have not been performed exhaustively and validly. Therefore, we should improve forwardly the standard criterion of the information disclosure for the public company. secondly , we should stringent the direct and management to the information disclosure of the public company , deal with seriously the action of violating the rules and breaking the law , so as to guarantee the healthy and steady development of the stock market , guard the publication's fair interest.In vies of our country's situation ,using for reference the international research result, the research of the standard criterion of information disclosure is of great importance to improve the transparence of the information disclosure , guarantee the quality of the public company, guard and eliminate the market risk . Moreover, it can promote people to follow the open, impartial and fair principle and guard the publication's interest better.In this thesis, the theme concerning with the standardization of information disclosure of the public company is discussed in four parts.In part one, from the prospective of the whole systems of the information disclosure is elaborated, where the basic meaning, content, the target and so on are explained.In part two, the information disclosure systems of several developed counties are analyzed deeply, and researched these systems comparatively.In part three, the main problems exist in the information disclosure are analyzed, how to resolve these problems is advanced and how to improve the information disclosure system is pointed.In part four, in view of the direct and management of information disclosure, to analyze the exist problems in it and point the counter plan to stringent the direct and management.
