Research On Domestic Private Capitals Participating In The Urban Infrastructure Of Nanjing

Urban infrastructure is an important factor of the urban and the base of the economy activity of the whole city. Building up the high-class urban infrastructure is the basic term to advance the sustainable development of the urban economics and society of Nanjing, is a vital factor of enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of city, and is the need to improving the quality of the residents'life. Capital is without fail the most important essential material power and guarantee condition and it is the key factor that influences the development of urban infrastructure. How to attract the domestic private capital to participate in the building of urban infrastructure to increase the development of urban infrastructure has become a hotspot. With the combination of theory and practice, this thesis reveals the importance and necessitousness of attract the domestic private capitals to build the urban infrastructure. Then the thesis concludes separately the approaches how the domestic private capitals participate in three kinds of the urban infrastructure on the basis of referring to the theory of the urban infrastructure item division, and analysis what the government should do.
