Logistics system has been an indispensable part of our society, and is significant to economic development。Transportation is a key element in the logistics system, to optimize transportation network is an important problem in the logistics transportation, and is difficult to be solved in practical application. This paper has proposed one kind of modeling method based on Time Petri Net (TPN) for dynamic transportation network. The TPN model that we set up can depict intercurrent question existing in the transportation system logically, and using extensive definition of place and token' fire rule, we can optimize the model and find the shortest time path. This method provides a good simulation tool to search the optimum transportation path in practical application. Based on using TPN to model and optimize logistic transportation system, in order to simulate the dynamic process of the system more intuitionisticly this paper sets up a logical combination between TPN and ProModel, uses ProModel simulation graph interface to achieve a simulation system including simulation function and graph show. With ProModel's graph show and data processing ability, this paper considers integrated waiting problem in the transportation, simulates an optimum transportation path that is more coincident with practical condition, and shows a visual interface during simulating, provides scientific basis for management decision of logistics transportation system.
