The Change Of Justice

Originally speaking, what people understand justice stems from mythology. There are four symbols for righteous Goddess, namely, fair, distribution, anonymous and restrain, which continuously construct righteous university. Among them, there exists similarity of family between fair and justice: distribution concerns righteous result, justice points out distribution, anonymous refers to righteous procedure; justice depends on anonymous to avoid manual selfness; restrain means that justice as a public order has a disciplining function to individual. Compared with traditional normative ethics, applied ethics is different whatever times, cultural atmosphere, deliberated style and research pattern, these have directly led to righteous change from "desert" to "co-sense", its essence lies to a reformation on subject characters such as method and function from normative ethics to applied ones, at the same time, it also is a practical result which distinctive ethics should be applied different subject pattern. The former is a research pattern from upper to downer; its key word is "desert", thinking metaphysics as ultimate base of moral rule. However, the latter regards from-dower-to upper as its research pattern, paying attention to negotiation and dialogue between parties in the moral conflicts, what it tries to is to get to co-sense and construct a sound social foundation, namely" co-sensed justice".
