Judicial case report, by its own characteristics, has been a hot topic of news report and a hot research subject for news scholars as well. Chinese news scholars study the topic generally from the point of view of the pattern relationship of the news and judicature---oversight and supervision. This paper tries to analyze the appearance of the journalistic ethics anomie and the lack of social justice in the judicial cases reportage from the perspective of ethics of journalism and sociology., sum up the characteristics and manifestations, and parse the dissemination of the anomie of the journalistic ethics and social justice missing, by the paradigm of communication order and ethics, respectively from the viewpoint of the main body, the media, the behavior and the audience of communication.From the analysis, we can see that the anomie of journalistic ethics and lack of social justice in the judicial cases reportage are caused by social environment, institutional mechanisms, education, the diversity of moral standards, such multiple factors, but research by its very nature the relationship between the media and the justice in reality played a major reason. Because of our long-term positioning of the relationship between the press and judicature as supervision and be supervised, and inequality of rights between news, and judicature leads to conflicts and contradictions between the two, which has also led to the news media’s abuse of the rights in judicial case reportage. The author attempts to put forward the adjustment of the relationship between the media and the judicature should turn to the relationship between participation and cooperation from the monitoring and supervision from the perspective of micro-system building, and put forward two specific system construction principles---judicial norms of freedom of the press, news norms of the principles of justice involved in.The body of this article is divided into four parts:The first part is a general introduction to the topics, including domestic and international research status, the analyze and summary of domestic and foreign research point of view, as well as related concepts in this article which will be used to define and research methods.The second part is to make the definition and characteristics of the judicature cases reportage, and analyze the behavior of social justice in the judicial cases reported missing and the communication ethical fault, mainly concluding:bad taste, lack of social responsibility, excessive speculation, invasive of privacy, resulting in the News injuries, and the media trial.In the third, the author tries to regard the judicial cases reportage as a procedure of news communication from the perspective of news communication order and ethics, analyzes the reason of the ethics anomie and social justice missing in judicial case reportages and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures step by step from the factors of the main body, the media to the procedure of news communication.And the fourth is the exploration of the topics of ideas and systems building. The author believes that the anomie of journalistic ethics and lack of social justice in the judicial cases reportage are in the lack of lag on the concept of positioning and system build. From the concept of positioning, the unequal relationship between the press and judicature should be jumped out of the oversight and supervision and into the participation and co-equal relationship. Related to the building of the specific micro-system, the author suggests the press self-regulation and specific institutional regulations are both in need, as well as news and judicial checks and balances between the two principles.
