Study On Some Legal Questions Of Deposit Insurance System

The reformation of financial system is deepening in our country and the risk of financial system is increasing after entering WTO, with which presently many scholars are earnestly researching the foreign deposit insurance system to introduce successfully ours for preserving from the risk and eliminating it. In the circumstances, basing on the situation of our country and using the experience of other countries for reference, combining the research methods of law with economics, financial law with insurance law, comparative analysis with demonstration analysis, I try to visualize our deposit insurance system which is gonging to be set up soon to contribute for it. This dissertation is divided into Preface, the 4 chapters of Body and Conclusion, including about 5.2 ten thousand words.In Preface I mainly expound the condition of the research field both here and abroad, and the given achievements in related fields. At the same time, I introduce briefly the main intent and meaning of the dissertation.In Chapter 1, I probe into some basic and significant issues of deposit insurance and deposit insurance system, including restricting the meaning of deposit insurance, the history of deposit insurance system, theoretical basis and the status of the deposit insurance system of one nation's financial security, etc.In Chapter 2, with the method of comparative analysis, I construe the main content of the deposit insurance system of other countries and expound it from the deposit insurance agency, the insurance financial institution, the deposit insurance fund, the mode and scope of insurance and the deposit insurance rate etc., matting in theory for the latter.In Chapter 3, with the method of demonstration analysis, I specialize in the history and the main content of the deposit insurance system of America. At the same time, I judge the merits and faults and get irradiance from it to mat in practice for the latter.In Chapter 4, I discuss some related questions with the deposit insurance system set up in our country. First I point out the situation and difficulty in theory and practice about deposit insurance in our country. Then I prove the feasibility of the deposit insurance system in our country. Finally I visualize our deposit insurance system which is the objective of the dissertation.In Conclusion, I sum up my own scholarship views, and think our country should design the deposit insurance system basing on the specific situation in our country, and I hope it has a little value for drawing up the deposit insurance system in our country.
