Since A Theory of Justice was published in 1971, the researching work of this eminent book has been developing quickly in the academic field in and outside. Particularly in West, the researching is leading a much further way. Rawls'theory of justice influences widely and continuously on the academic field in the west and the whole society of the west, whose system is large and whose thought is eminent. John Rawls called his theory as "justice as fairness", and his theory is on how to design a kind of institutional scheme of maximizing the equality. John Rawls attempted to solve the problem on how to stabilize the institutional scheme. The problem of trust which is studied in the paper and about the moral sentiments is one of the bases of morality for the stability of the institutional scheme. Trust is one of bases of the sense of justice. Trust makes the two principles of justice into realities. Trust lets "justice as fairness"have the power of itself. Trust makes the congruence of the justice and the good into realities. The problem of trust has an important role on the stability of the institutional scheme. The problem of trust has an important value in the whole theory of justice, and it plays a good role for the absence of trust in our society.
