In this reality, commercial bribery as an unfair business rules not only undermined the order of fair competition, but also greatly damaged the domestic investment environment and the country's international image. so, commercial bribery is becoming a seriously question which has brought much serious harm to economy and the whole society. So, we need pay much more attention to it. But now in our country, the law to attack commercial bribery crime has not framed systematically and also the regulation and policy, which restrict the guard and attack against commercial bribery crime. From the reality of our country's commercial bribery crime and on the basic of the successful experience from abroad, this paper investigates the shortage of current law and associating with the need of current law in our country, it also presents constructive suggestions for the system of commercial bribery crime.
