Research On The Supervision System Of Execution Of The Sentence Of Imprisonment

The implementation of sentence of imprisonment is mandatory. Once this power is lost of control and supervision, it will cause terrible impact. Therefore, such powers must be strictly monitored to be correctly used. But according to the current situation, the legal system is not so perfect and the hierarchy of law is not strong enough, sentence of imprisonment can not fully play its due role. In this paper, the meaning, characteristics, classification and value of sentence of imprisonment are explained. By reviewing the history of the implementation of monitoring systems, problems of sentence of imprisonment are analyzed, and suggestions are provided.
