Correctly Handle The Conflict Between The Interest Groups And Construction Of A Harmonious Society

To build up a harmonious and happy society is unremitting social goal of Marxism Party including Communist Party of China. In the Forth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth central Committee, the idea of a socialism harmonious society was proposed, that is to say the harmonious society that we will build should be democracy and rule of law; fair justice; trustworthiness and friendly affection; dynamic; quiet and orderly; harmony between the human and the nature of the society. The construction of the socialism harmonious society is an important mission that put forward by the Communist Party of China under the situation of building a Well-off society and during the process of constructing Chinese characteristic socialism. It not only expanded the connotation of socialism modern construction, but also deepened understanding for our party to the law of China socialism development. It creatively developed Deng Xiaoping's theory, the important thought of Three Represents and the outlook of scientific development.After over 30 years reform and modernization, our economic and social development has made great achievements, and the mass has gained a lot. After the variety of social economic element, form of organization, ways of employment and ways of allocation, there is bound to complicated and multilevel groups of interest and difference, conflict and contradiction among them. Today's China is in the transitional period. Various interest groups are reorganizing. In the field of economics, politics and social life, there are all kinds of contradiction emergent or underlying.With economy society transforming thorough, our country benefit pattern is carrying on the profound adjustment and differentiation, which is directly affecting the development direction of the national modernization, affecting the general situation of the reform, development and stability, and relating socialism harmonious society's construction directly. The unprecedented society transformation has brought the huge vigor for our country development; simultaneously, disharmonies appear in the profound adjustment of benefit form, which already start to affect the stability of society. In order to recognize and deal with relations among interest groups, we should hold on the primacy of people's basic interest and defend people's interest, satisfy the need of different interest groups, share the cost of reform, can we promote a harmonious situation.This thesis is guided by Marxism, Deng Xiaoping's theory, the important thought of Three Represents, mainly discusses and analyzes relations among interest groups and the influence on the socialist harmonious society. According to the influence some countermeasures and suggestions are made to coordinate relations among interest groups to help build up socialist harmonious society.
