| Legal aid is a legal system that the state offers legal aid service to the parties in special cases or citizens who meet the specified requirements on economic difficulties, protecting the said concerned clients legal rights and interests through reducing or remitting the service fees. The legal aid system is an essential part of the modern legal system in a legal state, also is an important standard to estimate whether the legal system is sound and the civilization is developed.Based on our legal aid practice in Tianhe district of Guangzhou City, this paper will analyze the deficiencies of legal aid system in our country by researching the present situation of legal aid service in Tianhe District of Guangzhou, in the meanwhile find solutions to the difficulties of legal aid development and perfect the legal aid system in our country by using relevant principles of legal aid system and advanced experiences learning from domestic and overseas.
