Study On Duty Crime Investigation

In recent years, crimes taking advantage of duty have been frequent and high on the list of the cases. With the social development of economy and culture, such new situations and problems have emerged as the diversification of criminal forms and means. Therefore, to fight against the crimes and safe-guard the authority of the law would be one of the most important missions of procuratorial departments to protect the people's interests.Duty crime investigation mechanism, a criminal and judicial system against corruption, is nowadays still on the stage of reform and improvement. In spite of some achievements, there are still some shortcomings existing which demands constantly improvement to combat the current job-related crimes.Through analyzing the features of the current China's duty crimes and the existing situation and problems, the paper tends to put forward some measures and suggestions for reform and improvement of the duty crime mechanism in view of successful cases domestic and abroad.
