Researching Of The Relationship Between Scientific Development Perspective And The Party's Cohesion

The cohesion power of Communist Party of China is due to serial elements which are mainly divided into two parts, that is the source elements level and flow elements level of the occurrence of Communist Party of China's cohesion. The source elements level consists of guidelines, creeds, goals of the party, the value principle, characterized by scientific, universality and reality, which is regarded as the initial power of unifying and accumulating tens of thousands people and making them the members of Communist Party of China. While the flow elements level contains a series of elements such as the organization, the structure and statutes; the manner, the contents and the sequences; the relationship between members and so on. The harmony and validity of the latter level will enable the members to form an equal, friendly and harmonious relationship, confirming and strengthening their beliefs of Communist Party of China, so that it can keep and enhance the cohesion of Communist Party of China.Drawing lessons and absorbing experience from human society/community, the scientific development perspective has raised the basic rules of the human society development, the rules of socialist construction and rules of Communist Party of China's ruling to a new height. It is the efficient source of Communist Party of China's emerge cohesion in new times. People-oriented ideal emphasized in scientific development perspective inherits and enriches the best part of humanistic thoughts in history:it has totally/fully considered the realization conditions of people-oriented ideal; fully and totally confirming human rights and values; putting all aspects of people-oriented contents into reality by developing. People-oriented ideal is the solid foundation of the combination of Communist Party of China's ultimate value and real society. And it has been proved in practice that Communist Party of China's ultimate value must be realized step by step by basing on this foundation. People-oriented orients to the interests of people, respects and cherishes people's lives, and it paves the way for human development basing on the available possible reality. The consistent practice of these value orientations is just the progress of approaching the party's ultimate value.System must be formed in which long-term mechanism of scientific development is insisted and the principle position of the party members is guaranteed. And the party members must play the role of backbone. Firstly, procedure sense must be strengthened, and the program setting be as careful as possible, the responsibility and rights be clearly shown and connected to each other closely; secondly, scientific and democratic political achievement assessment system should be constructed so that it can really/authentically reflect the evaluation/assessment of the people to the leaders; thirdly, to set up networked/internet supervising system to supervise leading cadres at various levels in all aspects and through various ways, in order to ensure the right way of running powers. The party members' political and economic rights should be ensured and they ought to highlight their main body consciousness. As their principal position protected, they should be active and positive.This thesis consists of three parts:the introduction, three chapters for exposition and the conclusion.The introduction:it is to propose present the research background and the motive, to narrate and comment the related research tendency, to clarify the research technique and the mentality, thus the key point of the thesis.Chapter one:this chapter begins with the two parts of the party's cohesion, and clarifies the contents and characteristics of the party's cohesion producing system.Chapter two:starting with the relationship between scientific development perspective and the party's cohesion, this chapter analyses the important effect of scientific development perspective to the cohesion of Communist Party of China from several angles.Chapter three:this chapter explores the basic/primary/main ways to strengthen the party's cohesion power under the guiding of scientific development perspective from the angle of mechanism.Conclusion:generally speaking, people-oriented ideal put forward by Communist Party of China covers the universal value of justice, righteousness, equality and freedom. People-oriented ideal is the core of scientific development perspective. If it is really put into reality, the cohesion of the party will be perfectly kept and strengthened, and the party's ultimate will be realized.
