The Study On The Underground Financial Crime Of West-strait Economic Zone

With China's reform and opening up, underground banks, mark so, the main form of private loans and other financial activities are in the increasingly prevalent in developed coastal areas and thus be extended to sub-developed areas since the 1980's.The forming of "Binary" financial structure becomes a problem in the reform of economic system. I propose that though fighting against illegal financial activities, improving the financial management system, promoting the development of private financial institutions based on market needs, we can have the effectiveness of personal choice and profit balance, effective monitoring of "capital flow" and "population flow", construct a people's legal awareness and credit risk awareness and prevent the underground financial crime as well.
