Research On Chinese Rural Social Harmony Of The Rule Of Law

China is in a great period of historical change. Whether economic, political, cultural and social, are experiencing a profound historical transformation. Especially in Chinese rural society is facing the transition from traditional to modern. Historical experience of developed countries shows that this transformation and transition period are also the multiple contradictions and problems of china is no exception. It is because of various conflicts are intertwined, interrelated, have been seriously hampered and affected the stability and development of rural society, and caused a major threat to building a harmonious society in China. Therefore, how to use the power of the rule of law, give full play to the role of society in rural areas, to further coordinate and handle all the rural community face the fetters, became the current urgent need to study to become a major issue. This article discussed the four aspects of rural society based on the theory of building the rule of law, development, practical difficulties and improve the rule of law in rural areas related countermeasures and suggestions, pointing out that rural areas are experiencing from our traditional Rule of man society to a modern Rule of law the historical process of social evolution. It should be said that this is the development of the rule of law in rural areas carried out combing and summarized in order to help rural areas of the rule of law.This first chapter described the related concepts and theoretical that the rule of law in rural areas .Systematic study of Max, Engels, Lenin, Mao and others theory which the rule of law in rural and the idea of building a harmonious society. Grasp the profound theoretical which harmony of our rural society form the overall. This shows that the rural society of the rule of law, it is the rule of law in the development of Marxist theory and harmony under the guidance of social thought, and eventually formed the rural of law development theory with Chinese characteristics.The second chapter is summarized and general that the rule of law in the course of development of rural areas. And on the basis of historical experience to understanding of the current rural social harmony encountered difficulties, and further obtained the rule of law in rural areas is importance system of protection for building a harmonious society. Only by strengthening the rule of law in rural areas ,in order to achieve harmony in all aspects of rural society and development. Historical experience has repeatedly shown that the rule of law and improve the social stability, unity, the other hand ,will lose the order , contradictions.The third chapter ,after inquiry the rural development process of the rule of law, and find that there are many deficiencies about the rule of law in China. Such as rural people have poor awareness of law, the concept of right is not strong; farmers sense of security reduced, the security situation deteriorating in rural areas; Grass-roots political organization slack, imperfect democracy; far-reaching influence of traditional culture, stereotypes spread; low quality of the local law enforcement personnel, inadequate legal education and other issues have seriously hampered the rural economic, political and social development, blocks of harmony in our country the pace of social construction. The author point that the reason that causes of these problems .Imperfect development of rural social rule of law that was mainly due to the slow development of the rural economy and farmers lack of legal faith, rural legislation, law enforcement, judicial and other aspects of defects, the rule of law publicity and education in rural areas lag behind other causes, only reform and improve the construction of rural society to achieve a harmonious rural society.The chapter IV is to improve the rule of law in Chinese rural social harmony measures and recommendations. In asking questions, analyzing issues, the author put their own view with how to improve the rule of law in China, think that should be mainly from the following aspects.1, Establish the concept of the supremacy of law in rural areas;2,protect the safety of residents in rural areas;3,the development of grassroots regime democracy and the rule of law;4,strengthen legal education in rural areas, to ensure the rule of law in force grow in rural areas, which can achieve the stability of rural society, harmony and rapid development, and promote building a harmonious society as a whole.
