A Study On The Problem Of Providing For The Aged In China From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

Pension issues are closely related with each one of us, the entire relationship between social stability, harmonious relationship between each family. Since the beginning of this century, China has entered the aging population society since, due to the large population base, aging rapidly, the entire aging population structure, so that the number of China’s elderly population gradually increased, the pension issue has become the economic and social development problems. China’s aging population compared with other countries have their own characteristics, the level of development of the aging population and economic development are incompatible, unbalanced urban-rural dual structure, etc., caused many difficulties to solve the pension problem. At present, China is the main way of pension home care, community care service pension and social pension community, namely the aged, and the development of the three major pension model has faced varying degrees of difficulties and challenges: an increase in "empty nesters," the home care risk increases, retirement community just started, underdeveloped, insufficient number of social pension agency, the "hard to find" phenomenon. Properly resolve the relationship of these issues everyone’s happiness, the relationship of each family harmony, social stability. "Proposal" eighth Fifth Plenary Session of the Party adopted proposed Thirteen Five times active response to population aging action, building to home-based, community-based, multi-level mechanism to supplement old-age service system series major policy initiatives to solve the pension problem to provide direction. So how to promote the development of multi-level old-age service system, it is to think about this article. The author from the starting status of the pension problem in building a socialist harmonious society, the environment, from the construction of a harmonious family, building a harmonious community, building a harmonious society in these three areas were put forward appropriate measures in the whole big harmonious society context provide a means to solve the pension problem.In this paper, literature research, through various channels, and search query library, journal articles and Internet search system, the relevant existing literature and data were more comprehensive and rational collection and collation. Through literature, and pension-related issues to sort out, derive and understand the relevant research, data, and further analysis of the aging population situation, trends, characteristics and impact on society. Then analyzes the current status of our pension under the background of an aging population, and points out the problems and challenges exist. Through comparative study, come to our country to solve the pension problem useful inspiration from Japan, the United States and the two countries in the development process of population aging accumulated pension experience. Finally summarized from the big harmonious family under the background of building a harmonious society and building a harmonious community, building a harmonious society to promote support the family pension, pension and social endowment of community development and improvement. Possible innovation of this paper is to solve the pension problem from three aspects were given appropriate measures, a new perspective to propose solutions to the pension status of analysis and issues through the development and improvement of the environment, contribute to the solution of the pension problem.
