The legal aid system is safe guards system which can help the people who are in economic hardship or have some difficulties in other elements can't get the help to guarantee their basic social rights in the regular way. It is a state action that realize the social justice and judicial justice and protect the basic rights of the citizens. It is already put to use widely in many countries in the world. The legal aid system in our country is rising with the development of the rule of law civilization, and it has been an important part of the Legal system. It has played an active and significant role for "everyone is equal before the law" and "respecting and guarantying human rights of the constitution of principles, and protect citizens' legitimate rights and interests.The paper on legal aid system exam and think about the shortage and disadvantage of the Chinese current legal aid system by comparing and examing the historical evolution, values and differences. First, institutions of the legal aid develop slowly and organizations at gros-root level have many difficulties in their work. Secondly, the staffs should promote their professional knowledge and the lawyer resource is regional imbalances. By studying some of the legal aid system of more developed countries and regions of the situation, combined with the existing legal aid system development realities, tried to find experinces from them to improve our legal aid system and uphold fairness and justice, harmonious society. Thirdly, exam the definition of the acceptance scope of the legal aid. Legal aid scope of acceptance decides the covered objects , it also marks a national legal aid system of the extent and political, economic and social development level. According to the study of other countries and regions of the legal aid scope, consider how to learn and improve our legal aid scope. I suggest that the scope of legal aid should bu unified to make legal aid coordination smoothly in different places. Expand the scope of legal aid cases of administrative action. Fourthly, explore the economic backbone of the legal aid. A qualified legal aid services must be based on the economic cost, our legal aid is funded from the lack of security, cannot effectively satisfy the vulnerable groups of increasing demand for legal aid. The main manifestation is the legal aid funds are not included in the budget in some areas of;and most of areas fund much less. Legal aid fund sources only come from the narrow channels for a few aspects .I want to stress that the government should be charge with the responsibilities and obligations. Establish provincial legal aid fund to putin the local folk fund better. Expand the legal aid funds channels. Develop of social resources Positively and let social groups on legal aid play a supplementary role.
