With the rapid economic development,the protection and care of the rights and interests of employees is gradually put on the agenda.The payment varies because of identity is the discrimination against workers,which hurts the feelings of good people,destroys the fairness and justice of society,prevents from the establishment of harmonious social relation in our country."The dispatched labor should enjoy the same right of equal pay for equal work as the other labor" is explicitly stated in Article 63 of "Labor Contract Law",which provides the powerful legal support for the legal right and interest protection of dispatched labor,and makes the implementation of equal pay for equal work an irreversible trend.To achieve the goal of equal pay for equal work is not only the natural need from human being,but also the requirement from the economy development of Chinese Market.This paper starts with two cases of equal pay for equal work and then analyzes the present situation as well as the relevant regulations of equal pay for equal work in China.After that,the corresponding countermeasure of improving the right of equal pay for equal work for labor dispatching is proposed in order to incarnate the goal of legislation.
