| History will be some amazing coincidence. Ten years ago, as the case of Zhang Jun and fame, "Public Heroes," Wen Qiang, who is living in the air waves of the storm of hitting the undersciety in Chongqing now. As the corrupt officials in Chongqing, the central figure of the evil dark forces, something that is waiting for Wen Qiang will undoubtedly be the trial by people, the cold cell even the abyss of hell! The bloody fact once again tell us: when the reform and opening-up,economic development continue, some corrupt officials and evil forces spread, breed and connive. I believe that control with the development of the leader of Mafia crime can not rely on hitting as the type of campaign alone, or several focused anti-crime campaign, and only with in-depth study on the Mafia crime in the criminal law theory and in its guidance, in judicial practice, we can set out some effective prevention and control measures to the cause for the triad and conditions before it can be powerful to contain and combat. Therefore, I sprouted to write my thesis with the core idea of Mafia crime. The storm of hitting Mafia crime is now throughout the country in the larger environment of intensified, in-depth understanding and analysis of Mafia crimes and Mafia-style crimes is essential to the criminal law and judicial action to master the theory of practice, it also can help people better understand the necessity and correctness for the government forces to combat with the Mafia-style crimes. This is exactly the premise and foundation of this paper, but also the purpose and significance of creating this paper to reflect. I collected the data of my paper from the China Journal Net, using Mafia crimes and Mafia-style crimes as key words to search, viewing and reading the doctors and masters graduate paper from 1995 to 2010, including magazine article 168, which are core journal article 116, non-core articles in 52 publications. At the same time I also read 10 books written by experts in the Mafia crimes. The articles and books above-mentioned roughly tell us the definition, nature, characteristics, requirements in legislation and the identification in judicial of Mafia-style crimes. Based on these theoretical studies, I finished depth discussion and analysis on Mafia-style crimes, and put forward some innovative ideas and suggestions. Among these, I directly challenged the necessity and correctness to create the Mafia-style crimes and the rationality of the concept in our criminal law system.My paper, begins with the concept of"underworld", expands to the Mafia"and"Mafia-style crimes and one of the issues I queries and views, and thus constitutes the first chapter of this article. Chapter Two is aimed at comparison and difference of Mafia and general crime, evil, dark forces, terrorist groups, cults and other related concepts, thus deepen the core Mafia-style crimes of this paper to understand and master. Chapter Three bases on the Criminal Law on the Mafia-style crimes. Through analyzing the organization, leading or participating in Mafia-style crimes, the crimes of untying to develop underworld organization , the crimes of covering,condoning Mafia crimes, concluded that this type of Mafia-style crimes and criminal acts, components, and thus more comprehensive grasp of the theoretical basis for this type of crime and justice applied. The final chapter lists laws about Mafia crimes in some countries, which is compare with the laws about Mafia crimes in China, and find out the deficiencies, finally I put forward my suggestions and comments.
